When you register for an account at Smart Money Forex University, we collect essential information strictly necessary to provide our educational services. This includes your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone/WhatsApp Number.

Your data is used exclusively to provision access to the Student Portal, process secure payments (via ClickPesa), and deliver critical platform notifications (e.g., password resets, invoice receipts). We **do not** sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties.
3. Payment Processing
SMFU does not store your credit card or mobile money PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are securely funneled through the ClickPesa API integration. Only the outcome of the transaction (Success/Failure) is recorded against your user ID for subscription tracking.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Our platform uses local storage and cookies strictly for session authentication (keeping you logged in) and identifying your native timezone to accurately format exchange rates (TZS/USD).
