3. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, trading strategies, e-books, and video materials hosted on this platform belong exclusively to SMFU. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any content purchased or accessed for free without explicit written permission from our executive team.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments for digital content (Courses and E-books) are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., ClickPesa). We enforce a strict no-refund policy for all digital products once access has been granted, as the material cannot be "returned."

5. Account Suspension

SMFU reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any account found to be sharing login credentials, executing DDOS attacks, or engaging in suspicious payment behaviors without prior notice.
